Property Ratings at 281 Willow
The location of this property is hard to beat, being a 5-minute walk to Old Town square and a 5-minute walk to the Poudre River Trail! When the sidewalks are snowy, there's always a private sunny patio with each apartment and a community sundeck for meeting new friends. The ladies at the front desk were easy to reach when we needed help, and always greeted us with a smile. :)

Careful applying, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee from $500-1000 just to apply for a unit. No guarantee of approval. They say it's higher instead of a security deposit, but you pay a security deposit after approval not before.
