I pay monthly for pest control. I made a request a month ago, and still no spray. I have ants everywhere, and no it’s not because the unit is dirty. They’re coming from outside, but management doesn’t care. If I stopped paying for pest control that would be a huge problem though. Not worth the cost to live here.

Our community offers weekly pest control services at our residents' request, and we'd like the opportunity to discuss the concerns you are experiencing. We ask that you give our team a call directly at (214) 559-4000 or stop by the leasing office at your earliest convenience. We want to make sure you are taken care of.
There is no elevators and it is very difficult to haul anything up to 2nd and 3rd levels.
I'd recommend based on the high quality features and overall quality of the apartment itself. I wouldn't recommend based on location, community environment, or social aspects.
When it comes to maintenance, our maintenance has done a consistent fly good job. They usually take care of the issues right away and always do a great job.
I recommend my friends daily. I even just had someone sign a lease and move in this month. However, this is the first time an apartment has not offered a referral program/incentive. The few things I would want to change to be 100% happy with my referral would be the gym needs to be kept up (equipment wiped down / water filled) and the hallways are a bit dirty at times.
I believe neighbors and staff can make or break an apartment. I like my neighbors adjacent to me and I have not had any issues with the leasing staff. They have all been wonderful. I like that the apartment is quiet and respectful. Cool events. I can relax at my apartment. Clean for the most part. I like that the new manager sent out an email about picking up the dog waste around the apartment. As long as we respect one another, I love this place.
It has nice amenities and the majority of the residents are working professionals that are usually pretty quiet.
It's a great community. Small, yet spacious, and has everything we need. There is never a lack of parking or loud parties that keep us from sleeping.
I have recommended these apartments and have had a friend move in as a result.
I would recommend this apartment community because it's safe, clean, and everyone is so kind. Hardly any noise.
