The hallway and bedroom have huge closets that are great for storage. The condo complex has a pool, plenty of off-street parking, laundry facilities, barbecue grills, recycling bins and bike racks. Rent includes heating, water and trash removal so living here is quite inexpensive, especially for central Boulder. Cable TV and broadband are available. Bus stops are 1/2 block away, and the condo is on several major bike routes. Grocery stores (Safeway and Walmart) are within walking distance (2 blocks away), as are coffee shops, fitness centers, and the 29th St Mall. Pearl Street and the CU campus are only a 15 minute walk.
