The unit's air conditioning is regularly maintained at 78°F or less to ensure a comfortable, humidity-free environment. Valet parking is available. For families, a pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Located in the heart of the iconic Wynwood Arts District, you are perfectly positioned in Miami’s most vibrant and creative neighborhood—famous for world-renowned street art, cutting-edge galleries, and buzzing nightlife. Downstairs, enjoy dining at Casa Tua Cucina. Steps away are Wynwood Walls and the Museum of Graffiti. Minutes away are the Design District, Brickell, and Miami Beach. The neighborhood is ultra-walkable, with local transit options including the Freebee electric ride service and the Miami Trolley. Rideshare services typically arrive within 2–5 minutes for quick trips to Downtown Miami, Brickell, or Miami Beach. Major hubs like MiamiCentral Station and the free Metromover are just a 10-minute drive away. Miami International Airport (MIA) is roughly a 20-minute drive, and PortMiami (Cruise Terminal) is just 15–20 minutes away. NoMad Residences is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on Association property, inside the unit, on the balcony, and within 25 feet of the building. A $300 fine applies if violated. Guests must sign the Short-Term Rental Rules and Regulations during check-in. Valid government-issued photo identification for all occupants must be provided to the Association prior to checking in, and must be presented at the front desk to confirm identity. FOBs will be provided following registration at the front desk and must be returned at checkout; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee for replacement. The front desk does NOT hold personal belongings, luggage, or food deliveries. All food, grocery, and retail deliveries must be met in the lobby. Deliveries are not allowed to go up to the units. Appropriate attire, including clothing and closed-toe shoes, is required in all interior common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators. All trash must be tied in bags and fit easily inside the trash chute opening located on the floor. Please do not put cardboard or bulky items down the chute as this will likely back it up and possibly render it temporarily out of order. Please be careful when throwing items down the chute. Any items thrown away by mistake will not be able to be collected by staff. Do not leave any trash, bags, or furniture in the trash chute area, hallways or hung outside the doors. Please break down any card boxes and place them inside the designated recycling bin located in the loading dock area. We allow a maximum of 2 registered pets per unit, not exceeding 50 pounds combined. Pets must be kept on a leash and are not permitted in common areas, including the pool, lobby, or lounges. Pets may not be left unattended on the balcony. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out until 12:00 PM can be arranged for an additional $50, subject to availability. If other guests are arriving on your departure day, a late check-out will not be possible. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. We do not provide washcloths. Reservations must be made by a 21-year-old person, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay. Any extra services (spa, dining, etc.) must be paid immediately at the point of service. Room charges are not allowed for these services. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises—this is a residential building. The co-working lounge offers fast Wi-Fi. [SI]
