Appropriate attire, including clothing and closed-toe shoes, is required in all interior common areas. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out until 12:00 PM may be arranged for an additional $50, subject to availability and if no other guests are arriving on your departure day. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Washcloths are not provided. Any damages to objects and equipment will result in additional charges. All occupants must provide valid government-issued photo identification to the Association prior to checking in and present it at the front desk. All guests must sign the Short-Term Rental Rules and Regulations during check-in. FOBs will be provided following registration at the front desk and must be returned at checkout; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee for replacement. Reservations must be made by a 21-year-old person, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay.
