      I recently moved into 2626 Fountainview, and am truly enjoying this property. First of all, I must give credit to the office staff for one of my easiest move-in experiences. Patrick, Lanisha, and Von went out of their way to help me with all of my paperwork, and were there to answer any questions I had immediately. This is one of the cleanest, well kept apartment complexes I have seen. Landscapers are always working to keep the grounds kept perfectly, and you see people cleaning and keeping the property spotless at all times. One of the main reasons I moved here was for the amenities. I’ve already been able to enjoy the gorgeous resort-style pool, worked out at the fully equipped gym, and used the grills to cook some delicious meals. I love the wooden floors on the 1st floor hallway, and can’t wait until all of the floors on each level will be completed, which I’m told will be by the end of the year. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I’m glad I did!

      Beginning my 8th year at 2626, and I wouldn't be here that length of time if it were not a quality dwelling. A great deal of that depends on the management team, the maintenance team, and the quality of the building and unit as well. The tenants are lovely and polite and all issues are dealt with very quickly. As a single woman, it is important to feel safe in a well-tended facility with wonderful amenities.

      I strongly recommend considering new management to prevent further decline and to restore the property's condition and reputation. My primary concern is the safety of the residents, especially the children in the building. With homes being broken into and the stairwell door often left unlocked, I worry about what could happen next. I am genuinely concerned about the safety and well-being of our children and the community as a whole. As a community we need to stand together to get 2626 fountain view back where it was ... this new property manager is failing us (garage doors are being left open , people cars are being broken into, peoples homes are being broken into, staff is leaving the garage doors open) our safety is in jeopardy the people of 2626 fountain view are concerned

      Great community to live in. Been here for 1.5 years and while residents are sometimes problematic, the team always addresses my concerns. Like actually addresses, not just put a bandaid on it and hope for the best. I also get direct calls immediately when I need feedback and Patrick goes out of his way to solve my escalated concerns.

      Poor infrastructure management not sympathetic

      This building uses AT&T as their online provider and during the heavy rain and winds of 7/28/22, they lost power in the building. Our valet trash could not pick up at our door, there was NO elevator service. Management sent out emails to bring our accumulated trash back indoors or haul them to the garbage disposal in the garage. Why I am not hauling trash when I pay to have it picked up! Residents pay for EVERYTHING here...water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, package concierge lockers, security alarms. This is an ongoing matter with AT& T. So, why are they still using them?!!! This is not a LUXURY building after all. I am concerned about my safety as the main door is unlocked, garage gate is open, and anyone can just waltz in and attack you climbing the stairs or walking inside the garage. This is a breach of contract and our rents should be reduced for lack of services!!!

      DONT EVEN APPLY HERE!

      DO NOT LIVE HERE OR EVEN APPLY HERE!!! The management is absolutely horrific and unpleasant to deal with as well as incompetent. It took them over 2 weeks to approve my application for an apartment. Not once did they reach out to me about the status of the application or what was needed after filing out the application (I gave them everything requested within the application and figured it was as simple as waiting for verification with credit score and employment). Every time I called to check in on the application, I got a different answer about needing “just one more thing”. The “one more thing” turned into 3, 4, 5 more things after I took the initiative to call and see what the hold up was. After not being able to get things accomplished on the phone, I decided to go talk to someone in person. While there, I was disrespected, talked down to, and made to feel as if I was the reason all this was taking so long. I was not worried about getting approved but just frustrated at this point because it had been a back and forth waiting game and no one in management could give me any sort of straight answer or even pick up the phone to call me OR my place of employment to confirm I worked there because apparently that was the “one more thing” they needed. After WEEKS of waiting to get approved, I was finally approved, but this is not the end. They informed me the lease would be sent to me the next day to sign. I wait and wait for the lease to be sent, and receive a phone call at the end of the day to inform me that actually the unit won’t be available the day of move in and they can’t tell me when it will be available....they actually can’t tell me anything except that it’s not available to be moved into on the date that we had been discussing for the past TWO+ WEEKS. Mind you, I am moving cross country and this isn’t just a move down the road so I already have lots of things in place and riding on this move in date. OVERALL I HAVE FELT LIED TO, DISRESPECTED, and TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH THESE PEOPLE!

      Location is great. Finishes are nice, small building is great. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in common areas and the smell and use of marijuana is rampant thought the complex.

      Nice place but beware of front office

      Apartments are great, pool is super nice, and maintenance team is prompt and effective. The only complication that has arose has been with the front office. I once made a payment on time and for the full amount to only receive a late payment notice multiple days after I made the payment. I showed them proof of payment from my bank account statement and email receipt. Obviously the issue was on their end regarding the transaction history. They still tried to charged a partial late fee but finally reduced the full amount after I complained multiple times via email. They also forced me to pay it via credit card with an insane $40 charge for a credit card transaction fee. I could not pay via debit card to avoid the transaction fee since "it was past the 3rd day of the month" and debit cards were not accepted. Furthermore, I was assessed a 2 day prorated rent charge of $220 since I provided only a 58 day notice rather than a 60 day notice. You would think they would waive that kind of formality out of good faith but I guess not. Overall a great place to live, just be very hesitant with any form of monetary transaction with front office as they show no form of good faith for the tenant.

      BEST STAFF EVER

      First off, I loved living at this complex! Clean, nice amenities, and the staff is so friendly. I never had an issue all year and I really want to thank Ashley for all her help! Not to mention, all my maintenance requests were usually done that same day! <3

      Poor Management Team

      This apartment complex has a poor management team. They are rude and don’t help their residents. I had a leak in my apartment and when it was time to renew, I was told I needed to pay more if I wanted to move apartments. The leak was fixed but never got repainted. They made a mistake and blame the tenant. This will be my last year at this apartment complex.

      DON'T BE FOOLED by the granite

      This is a terrible apartment complex run by incompetent management. They fool you with granite countertops but everything about it is bad. It is new and already falling apart. People let their dogs poop in the hallways and it doesn't get cleaned up for weeks...indoors...Our neighbors played loud music for 3 months and despite everything we did it was never fixed. Then our neighbor threatened me for calling the police on a noise complaint and we were not allowed to break our lease. WORST PLACE EVER. NOT SAFE NOT SECURE. They always conveniently "forget" the problem you are having after you talk to them so you have to bring it up again and again and again. Totally ridiculous.
