A $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout. The propane grill is available for use; please clean it after use and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Electronic monitoring devices are used for safety and convenience; guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling them. Mail should not be sent to the rental. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host; shipping charges will apply for return. Mid-stay and deep cleaning are required for stays over 40 and 60 nights respectively, and are charged separately. A 15-minute grace period after 10 am checkout is allowed, after which a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time.
