Space includes open floor plan living room and dining room, spacious kitchen, and great storage. Beautiful views of Center City sky line from the roof. Apartment gets great natural light. Queen Village offers lots of coffee shops, neighborhood pubs, and renowned restaurants. Just a short walk or cab ride to anywhere you want to go including Old City, the Italian Market, and downtown shopping. No smoking. First, last, and security to move in. If you are interested in renting any of our properties, you can apply online at SettleDownPhiladelphia.com. The application fee is $40 per person. All people over the age of 18 who will be living in the property need to apply. Once your application is approved, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required to hold the property. This deposit is credited as your first month's rent. Additionally, last month's rent and one month's security deposit are required prior to move in, for a total of three months' rent. If pets are allowed, they will require a $250, non refundable pet fee.
