Great location in Downtown Boulder, just a few blocks north of Pearl Street and with easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town. Apartment #2 is the unit directly behind the main house in the addition. Comes with its own small fenced area, great for a dog run, and one assigned parking space in back off the alley. There's an A/C unit in the living room and dishwasher in the kitchen. Back yard space is shared by the three units in the addition. Security deposits are equal to one and a half times the monthly rents, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit. Due to COVID-19 we have suspended all in-person showings until further notice. Simply called Whittier, Whittier-Boulder is one of Boulder’s trendiest enclaves and illustrates the quirky, bohemian vibe the city is known for.
