Hey everyone!! Looking for housemates for August 1st for our gorgeous spacious home in Norris Square/West Kensington right next to Fishtown/Northern Liberties!! We have 3 bedrooms available NOW. About the house: Located in Norris Square/West Kensington just 5 minutes away from Fishtown. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to explore around! 4 blocks away (5 minutes walk) from the train (York-Daulphin station for the Market Frankford line) 15 minute train ride to Center City Philadelphia! Plenty of free street parking 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house; each bedroom has its own individual full bathroom! -2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and 1 in the basement - New appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air) -Kitchen will be furnished w/ pots/pans, cups, plates, utensils etc. but you’re welcome to bring your own stuff! -Living room, kitchen, & roof will be shared spaces - Access to rooftop deck w/ amazing views About me: I am 27 years old and have been living in Philly since..forever lol. I am a nurse working in Center City. In my free time I love to cook/try new recipes (so be prepared to try my cooking haha) & try out new restaurants/bars around the city. My boyfriend is 29 and an engineer who works from home. We have a collie/german shepherd mix named Tibby, he is an old soul, who just loves to take naps and chill. My boyfriend and I are friendly people who love to host board game nights & dinner parties once in a while (which you’re always welcome to join). We are looking for clean, nice, respectful people. Rent will be $1100 per month. Utilities including water, gas, electric, high speed internet/Wi-fi, and monthly cleaning services will be a flat fee of $200.
