Don't Waste Your Money!!!
Where do I begin? I stayed here for two years, excited about being able to move to the city. However, I did not know that upon moving in management would change three different times. Each one being less adequate than the other than the one before them. Not to mention, when they moved me in my apartment was in discourse, never being cleaned from the previous tenant. Had to pay a professional cleaning service because the office was closed (be it that I moved in on the weekend). When I sent the invoice for it to be counted towards rent they told me, I should not have moved in, but who was keeping a U-Haul for two extra days than expected. I stuck it out, even renewed my lease because at this point, the location was worth the price I was paying and nothing more. When the current and new management took over, I grew to really hate the place. My deliveries came up missing and the manager disregarded it to possible guest of the other tenants or myself. Not likely considering, we all pretty much know each other and stay to ourselves. He then ignored me request to have my sink fixed in January until about March with no valid reason, he will reply saying that "it's at his discretion based on vendors" but the vendors is the current (and only maintenance man) who grabbed another tenants old sink and hooked it mine, still having a leak. Upon the delayed repair, I withheld rent in March. Juan and others tried to enter my home, knowing I worked from home and disrupting my work day due to this. Mind you, through all the nonsense and neglect I never paid rent late, never disrupted anyone. Every management was rude and disrespectful to the fact that they were wrong or negligent. Even talking to corporate they were dismissive. You can say it was emotions for me but it's not. It's fact and unjust behavior considering the circumstance the world is in. If you read nothing else, understand this place is not worth the price they are chalking it up to be and this has to stop some where.
