Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. Unapproved pets will incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning or damage costs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour or one additional night.
