I moved to Houston from another state and my all-around experience —out of three properties thus far— with 22Hundred has been by far the best one.

22Hundred is a great community with a committed leasing and maintenance team! The location to IAH is amazing and access to major highways is perfect ?? definitely a 10 out of 10

Great place to live! I highly recommend. Great staff and wonderful amenities as well! The grounds are well kept and so are the rest of the amenities.

I love living at 2200 apartments, the community is nice with lots of great amenities, the staff are friendly & helpful. In addition, it’s nice to live close to work! I’m very satisfied with my new residence!

I can say this. During the time I've lived here I have nothing to complain about. This is a great place to be. What else can be said. Continue with the food truck Friday's.

Going on 2 years and it has been a pleasure living here. It may not be the calmest part of town, but the apartments are always being looked after.

New to the complex but so far enjoying my stay - haven't had any issues to report and really like the amenities provided such as the pool and 24 hour Gym.

My experience here has been positive—I can definitely see improvements and changes in the community. A possible enhancement would be updating the gym equipment and adding more cameras for safety. Overall, I’m really happy, and I especially appreciate the friendly staff. (And hey, maybe one day we’ll get some elevators too! ??)

It’s a nice quiet community Haven’t had hardly to any complaints The amenities are lovely It’s much to do around here even if u have pet/s it’s something for them to do here as well. The dog park is nice and comes with a lil shower thing for the dogs.

Great space, maintenance and office are great. Community room, gym, and conference room are awesome. The pool is nice, along with the gas grills and fire pit. It's minutes from my job and the convenience of it being off a main freeway is an added bonus.

I have been living here for over two years and it is a very quiet community overall. Any maintenance issues gets addressed within 24 hours. The only issue is that the leasing office never answers their phone. I always have to physically go up to the office to get a response.

Experience here has been great the area is pretty quiet. Have great managers who are willing help and great maintenance who fix things on time. The pool area is also nice.

Good complex very quiet have not had any issues yet. They try to have a few events that bring the community together here and there. Could be better on keeping community cleaner

Great apartment complex very friendly and clean. Really awesome pool and gym! Definitely would recommend to anyone to move here. Very fast when something is needed to be fixed.

Great community, very quiet and people are welcoming. I would recommend moving here atleast giving it a try . Office is nice, gym is amazing, pool is clean and area is perfect

I really enjoy living here. People are friendly and the maintenance keeps everything clean. My only concern is with the ant situation. They are thick around my front door and hallway as well as the back patio. It's not only on the outside, but they are coming inside (on the windowsills and the corners). I'm not sure who maintains the valet trash, but mine hasn't been picked up 3 or 4 times in 5 weeks of residence. Besides these inconveniences, the overall community is all that I had expected.

Got better over time with noises, been here for a year can’t complain. Nice staff with good maintenance their kind and efficient, no issues.

My significant others car was stolen. We was not allowed to view the security footage and the apartment complex was not alerted of the theft. There needs to be transparency regarding car thefts/dangerous activities in the apartment complex for everyone’s safety.

2200 is a great place to rent and is a good place to call home. It is right on a major highway and is convenient to get anywhere in town.

I’m going on two years living here and truthfully I am so happy with these apartments. They handle every single situation with the utmost promptness and professionalism. The management and office make it a very amicable and safe space for living. I always feel welcomed, and I would like to give a special thank you to Robin in the office for doing so much for the apartments and the community with all the care in the world.

I have been here coming up on 3 years and it has been nothing short of pleasant. The pride shines through in how well the property is kept up and the management staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have needed them.

Very nice place to live! Everything is convenient and close to the apartment, airport, and bus line. Nothing more can be said about this place.

've been living in this condo for a while now and overall, it's been a great experience. The area is safe and quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and everything works as expected. The facilities are well-maintained, and management is usually responsive when needed. One small suggestion would be to improve the cleaning schedule of the pool—it’s a nice amenity, but sometimes it could use a bit more attention. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my stay here.

Natural light fills the rooms during the day, giving the whole place a bright, inviting feel. The building is generally quiet, and the neighbors are respectful, which I really appreciate. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues, and the management team is professional and easy to work with. The location is another big plus—close to public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. My favorite part is the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. The only downside is limited parking for guests, but it’s manageable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place to live.

Great and peaceful awesome staff very helpful and take care of the residents here. Pool is nice and game room looks great. They always have coffee in the main lobby.

Don’t have any problem with the community it’s quiet for the most part everyone mind their business and most people work staff gives community parties and community engagement maintenance is always on time when requested front desk staff helpful and friendly

I love the condominium, very quiet and beautiful, always clean, the gym is well equipped and has good cardio machines, as well as weight and pulley machines.

Amazing view and spacious floor plan. Easy access to highway. Central area with lots of things to do and restaurants to try within a 10 mile radius. Quiet community and clean.

It was a smooth process in getting into the apartments. The apartment is gorgeous, I just wish it was in a different location since grocery stores are a little commute and the traffic is pretty busy. Also, I love that I have a clicker for the gates, but they require a lot of pushing/pressure to work (unless mine just doesn't like me).

Honestly these apartments have been the best decision for me. So peaceful and reliable. I want to thank the staff for always staying on top of things.

Customer service and overall experience was great!!!! Robyn was amazing!!!!! Everything was quick and easy with no hassle. I look forward to the next 12 months here at 22 Hundred!!!

Office manager is nice. The apartments complex is very clean well kept. And it felt like home once I walked in the building! I’m sure I’ll have a great time here living

My neighborhood offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The surroundings are beautiful, with plenty of green spaces, local cafés, and friendly neighbors. It’s a safe, welcoming environment with easy access to shops, schools, and transport.

The leasing agent Robyn was very helpful and walked me through every step of the way. She was very informative, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my 22 Hundred experience!

Overall this community is quiet and well maintained. We have been here for 8 months and have had a good experience living here. We are content.

This is a wonderful community! So far I have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are top notch as well as the customer service and timely service requests.

By far the best place to live. Although one issue, that is dog waste not being picked up by their owners plus strays run through the complex.

So far, everything has been great. The staff has been very helpful and they make me feel welcomed and they take care of all my requests. I have been having some pest control issues but I am assuming it is because I am on the first floor. The staff has been helpful when it comes to this as well.
