Great space, maintenance and office are great. Community room, gym, and conference room are awesome. The pool is nice, along with the gas grills and fire pit. It's minutes from my job and the convenience of it being off a main freeway is an added bonus.

I have been living here for over two years and it is a very quiet community overall. Any maintenance issues gets addressed within 24 hours. The only issue is that the leasing office never answers their phone. I always have to physically go up to the office to get a response.

Experience here has been great the area is pretty quiet. Have great managers who are willing help and great maintenance who fix things on time. The pool area is also nice.

Good complex very quiet have not had any issues yet. They try to have a few events that bring the community together here and there. Could be better on keeping community cleaner

Great apartment complex very friendly and clean. Really awesome pool and gym! Definitely would recommend to anyone to move here. Very fast when something is needed to be fixed.

I really enjoy living here. People are friendly and the maintenance keeps everything clean. My only concern is with the ant situation. They are thick around my front door and hallway as well as the back patio. It's not only on the outside, but they are coming inside (on the windowsills and the corners). I'm not sure who maintains the valet trash, but mine hasn't been picked up 3 or 4 times in 5 weeks of residence. Besides these inconveniences, the overall community is all that I had expected.

My significant others car was stolen. We was not allowed to view the security footage and the apartment complex was not alerted of the theft. There needs to be transparency regarding car thefts/dangerous activities in the apartment complex for everyone’s safety.

2200 is a great place to rent and is a good place to call home. It is right on a major highway and is convenient to get anywhere in town.

I’m going on two years living here and truthfully I am so happy with these apartments. They handle every single situation with the utmost promptness and professionalism. The management and office make it a very amicable and safe space for living. I always feel welcomed, and I would like to give a special thank you to Robin in the office for doing so much for the apartments and the community with all the care in the world.

I have been here coming up on 3 years and it has been nothing short of pleasant. The pride shines through in how well the property is kept up and the management staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have needed them.

've been living in this condo for a while now and overall, it's been a great experience. The area is safe and quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and everything works as expected. The facilities are well-maintained, and management is usually responsive when needed. One small suggestion would be to improve the cleaning schedule of the pool—it’s a nice amenity, but sometimes it could use a bit more attention. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my stay here.

My favorite part is the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. The only downside is limited parking for guests, but it’s manageable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place to live.

Great and peaceful awesome staff very helpful and take care of the residents here. Pool is nice and game room looks great. They always have coffee in the main lobby.

Don’t have any problem with the community it’s quiet for the most part everyone mind their business and most people work staff gives community parties and community engagement maintenance is always on time when requested front desk staff helpful and friendly

I love the condominium, very quiet and beautiful, always clean, the gym is well equipped and has good cardio machines, as well as weight and pulley machines.

Amazing view and spacious floor plan. Easy access to highway. Central area with lots of things to do and restaurants to try within a 10 mile radius. Quiet community and clean.

It was a smooth process in getting into the apartments. The apartment is gorgeous, I just wish it was in a different location since grocery stores are a little commute and the traffic is pretty busy. Also, I love that I have a clicker for the gates, but they require a lot of pushing/pressure to work (unless mine just doesn't like me).

Honestly these apartments have been the best decision for me. So peaceful and reliable. I want to thank the staff for always staying on top of things.

The leasing agent Robyn was very helpful and walked me through every step of the way. She was very informative, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my 22 Hundred experience!

This is a wonderful community! So far I have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are top notch as well as the customer service and timely service requests.

By far the best place to live. Although one issue, that is dog waste not being picked up by their owners plus strays run through the complex.

So far, everything has been great. The staff has been very helpful and they make me feel welcomed and they take care of all my requests. I have been having some pest control issues but I am assuming it is because I am on the first floor. The staff has been helpful when it comes to this as well.

I Love my new home.. I love the community it’s quiet and clean . I love the amenities that comes with the community. My apartment is beautiful I love the layout it’s just the amount of space for me and my little family! I’m glad I chose 22Hundred to be my new home.

Community is quite safe and clean. maintenance request are fulfilled within 24 hours. I absolutely love living here and I’ve decided to renew my lease for the third year.

It’s a nice apartment I love how it was built I like the amenities! The property is surrounded by restaurants, gas stations and a convenient household shopping store. In a nice environment while it maintain its quietness.

All the office staff is helpful meeting needs and maintains property as well as maintenance fix repairs quickly, don't have any problem with safety and the location is in close proximity to airport, malls, and downtown

Terrible communication. Bait and switched me without even letting me know which messed up my insurance and internet. Apartment wasn't clean and had a broken blower motor on the hvac unit. Made zero attempt to rectify their deceptive practices and made me feel like it was my fault/issue. I'd never recommend this place.

Love it here! Great amenities and the staff are very attentive to our needs. I've been here almost 5 years and have no plans on moving anytime soon.

I really hate leaving bad reviews that why I tried to avoid reviewing for as long as I tried. Since moving in, I had nothing but negative experiences. To start, they had me at a set date but never gave a time until the day of. I paid my movers $500 to move me but had to reschedule because the apartment wasn’t ready. I’m result, that costed me extra money. Then they made me pay for their renters insurance when I already had my own. I changed the policy address to the address that I knew which was the apartments I was moving into. I later found out that was the wrong address to put on a policy so I was stuck with their insurance. When I did switch the insurance to the policy address that they told me, the manager Shania Gosa gave me the worse time. She did not but argued with me when she was the one in the wrong and STILL charged me for her reading error. Next, I’ve been dealing with yellow/ greenish water. I’m scared of their plumbing system. I have a part 2

A very nice piece and very quiet as well. Also the apartments are very clean. The people that are in the is really nice and do respond fast to you.
