The second bedroom is cozy and private, also featuring a queen-size bed for a restful stay. In the living area, unwind on the sofa bed and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook with ease. For convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are provided for a simple and comfortable stay. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. It's just a short stroll to Crystal City Metro, with quick access to the National Mall, and steps from Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and a variety of popular shops. Enjoy great local dining within walking distance, including Matchbox for wood-fired pizzas, Tacombi for authentic Mexican street tacos, and Nando's PERi-PERi for flavorful flame-grilled chicken. For nightlife, explore The Freshman, a sophisticated all-day cafe with excellent cocktails, or Highline RxR, a lively spot with a huge craft beer selection and games. Iconic attractions like the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and Arlington National Cemetery are just a few Metro stops away. If using parking, display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed, and be aware the garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not. The building operates a centralized HVAC system; heating runs from October 13 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1, with seasonal adjustments managed by the building association. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damages up to $300 per stay if reported immediately. Intentional damage, damage from policy violations (e.g., smoking), damages exceeding $300, damage caused by vehicles, damage to personal belongings, theft, lost items, or unreported damage are not covered. Additional fees for violations include $250 for lost FOB or access cards, $200–$300 for lost parking tags, a $300 fine for smoking inside the unit, and a $300 fine for unauthorized parties or gatherings.
