I have a small partially furnished apartment available for sublease during the fall 2022 academic semester (mid-August through December). The apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins steps away from all the best restaurants, pubs, microbreweries, concert venues, and entertainment Fort Collins has to offer! The apartment will be available from mid-August (flexible) through mid- to late December (also flexible). Rent is $1,075 per month and all utilities are included in the rent.
