This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities include a fitness center, co-working and conference room, game room, courtyard, dog park and parlor, indoor and outdoor lounge, swimming pool, hot tub, and bike storage. Valet parking is available for $25/day or $350/month. Additional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). An additional pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Adeline is centrally located in the heart of entertainment, within walking distance to Fry’s Food and Drug, the Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, the Phoenix Symphony, and Heritage Square. With sophisticated dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences just blocks away, Adeline offers a convenient, big-city lifestyle in the center of diverse culture and modern comfort. This property is right next to the Valley Metro light rail system, making it easy to explore the rest of the Valley. Excellent walkability with shops, dining, and entertainment just steps away. Fry’s Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. The property is next to the Valley Metro Light Rail, providing easy access throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
