Can be completely unfurnished as well. - Place is huge for a studio (over 900 sq ft) with tons of storage space. - Unit is in basement, but has a big garden level window which lets in a lot of light. - Huge built-in wardrobe - full kitchen (including dishwasher), and dining nook - 5-6 minute walk from University Station (MAX bus) - Short walk to many restaurants: Cafe Vino, Nick's Italian, Aloha, and everything else on Laurel St - 2 blocks east of CSU campus, 10-minute walk to the Oval - Quiet neighborhood - The 2 upstairs units are occupied by professionals who have been there for years - Basement stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter - Washer/dryer included in apartment - Gravel parking lot on property, additional free parking pass can be obtained for street parking Managed by private owner - I try to be very responsive and laid-back. Will be doing showings Sept 17-19, or other days by appointment.
