About This Property

Lease Takeover in Longmont beginning November 1, 2022 Lease Ends February 17, 2023 Desirable Corner Unit - 2BR 2 BA with garage - at Alpine Prairie Village in northeast Longmont. This was a brand-new building when we moved in seven months ago, February 18, 2022. We have spent less than 2 of the last 6 months here. The place still smells new. Sunny, open views. Neighborhood setting. Close to walking/bike trail. Super, I mean super, pet friendly. Everyone but us has a dog, I think. Wonderful entry way with plenty of room for a hall tree and shoe storage. We have never worn shoes in this apartment. Stainless steel appliances and full-size washer/dryer in unit. Excellent closets (both the master and the second bedroom have walk-in closets) and storage. Great balcony with a sunny private view. A very relaxing spot. The neighbors are great, and the building is safe and secure. The state-of-the-art workout facility and movement studio are top-notch and clean. Co-Workspace with private offices on-site. The management takes excellent care of the property, and the leasing and maintenance staff is kind and accommodating. We are older, very particular and are only here part-time, so the unit is in near new condition. Since we are rarely here, we never decorated, but I included some pics of the actual unit so you can see the layout of the inviting space. Our deposit will transfer to you, so you won’t need a deposit. We are leaving around October 20th, so you may have the remainder of October free to move in. You may rent the garage, or I can give notice and cancel that before you move in. Monthly Rent including the garage is $2340
