215 West has genuinely been a fantastic place to live. The amenities are excellent, and the staff is great. We really appreciate the gym and fitness classes, the pool, and the themed events. Maintenance was super responsive every time we put in a request. The location is also ideal: quiet in the evenings and on the weekends but walking distance to the best of Chicago.

Have lived here for two years and each year during our renewal process the renewal people are rude don't think we want to stay because of them. They area also slow with repairing things and don't repair things properly half the time and they have to come back. Washing machine broke three times and solution was them giving me access to another apt that was empty on my floor to do laundry until it could be fixed. It broke again about a week later and the fix they offered was just do half loads because the washer is old and can't do full loads of laundry. The dishwasher we have stopped using since the 2nd time we used it because it doesn't clean properly and you have to hand wash dishes after anyway. They have come to fix it many times and each time after it breaks because the dishwasher moves and is not mounted correctly to the counter. Overall most of the general staff are nice and are doing the best they can with what they are able to do but the place needs investment for sure.

Everything was nice and easy. Only part that kind of gave me a hard time was scheduling the elevator. Especially when it’s book for 3 other residents

Security is majorly lacking in the building. There isn’t always someone at the front desk. The homeless in front of the 7-11 wander into the building all the time and it’s only a matter of time until someone who isn’t supposed to be in the building finds the elevators.

Customer service has been stellar and kind here at 215 W Apartments. I especially love the way Pam interacts with her residents. Facilities and apartment itself are sleek and clean. Loading dock and freight elevator could use some work. Amenities amount may be lacking for some residents.

We have lived at 215 for 4 years! Great location and building staff very friendly. Great value for the neighborhood! The dog run is a nice feature.

These are great apartments with modern features and amenities with day to to day social events. The building has a huge gym, swimming pool conference rooms, free coffee etc.

I've only lived here for a week now but so far, I have enjoyed it. The location is great because it's accessible to so many other areas of Chicago. Maintenance also responds very fast and is efficient. The only complaint I have is that prior to signing the lease, we were not given a tour or video of the actual apartment nor were we told the differences between the actual apartment and the video tour; hence, I was blindsided by the apartment view being obstructed when moving in. I definitely urge you to ask to see the actual apartment before signing the lease, as they might not share all details of the actual unit.

It has been a pleasant experience living here and the staff and management have been quite helpful and maintenance has been quick and in time
The complex is fairly clean. The maintenance staff are extremely quick to respond and are very helpful. The prices are above average. Air conditioner does not work during winter months.
215 has been such a great experience from the awesome staff and community events from Taco Tuesday to Valentine’s Day Donuts and the new TULU vending experience it’s been great.
We just resigned our lease for the 4th time! We continue to make 215 our home because of the excellent location and wonderful building staff.

I love living 215 West! The staff members are incredibly friendly. Whenever there's a maintenance issue or any concern, they promptly respond to emails and efficiently address the issue. The lounge area is quite pleasant, and they occasionally organize enjoyable parties in the lounge. In my 1-bedroom apartment, the spacious rooms offer brilliant views of the city.
We have lived at 215W for over two years and we have had a great experience! We absolutely love the location, amenities, our apartment and the building has wonderful support staff.
