About 214 N Pinckney St Madison, WI 53703
This first floor apartment has two spacious bedrooms with large closets and one large bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen and living room are large and full of natural light from four large windows facing the street, including a breakfast nook surrounded by windows and a bar with room for three to four stools in the kitchen. The kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space with full sized appliances and a garbage disposal. Laundry is available to tenants in a basement laundry room used by the entire building (typically not an issue getting access to laundry). There is a wall air conditioner unit in the living room that adequately cools the entire apartment. Kitchen and living room have nice hardwood floors, while the hallway and bedrooms were newly carpeted less than two years ago. There is a large porch on the front of the building that all tenants have access to. Parking is available - street parking from the city is also available. This historic building is two blocks from the Capitol Square, three blocks from State Street, three blocks from James Madison Park/Lake Mendota, and a short 10 minute walk to UW Madison. I really love this apartment and don't really want to leave it, but a roommate situation has forced us to sublease. You will not find a better deal in this location in Madison. Please feel free to call or text if you have any questions or would like to set up a tour. Please do not contact the rental company as this is a sublease.
