We have a rare opening in our very well maintained building located in the desirable North Admiral district of West Seattle. 2nd floor One Bedroom will be available June 1st. Showings available with appointment before then while the unit is still occupied. The James is a Heritage-style building boasting plenty of modern amenities including buzzer entry from each unit, a newly remodeled laundry area, a bike storage room, and an updated deck in the back with a grill and deck furniture for community use. All utilities are included in the monthly rent except for electric which typically runs 20-30 dollars a month. Building supplied hot water. This unit has three large south facing windows for great natural light and a charming little kitchen that is separated from the main space. From north admiral you will have easy access to the Water Taxi if you work downtown and a free shuttle to Alki Beach all year not to mention plenty of great local restaurants, grocery stores, banks...all in walking distance to your new home!
