We are sorry to hear about your experience at Ella and would like to gather more information. As you might know, we have a new manager at Ella, and we encourage you to reach out to the team directly. To our knowledge, there have been no reported apartment or vehicle break-ins at the community in the past year.
I recently inquired about the property, 2121 Ella Apartments. The office staff was very helpful and under new management. I was given a tour of the apartments. They are very clean and the community, current residence, was very nice. They have an onsite courtesy officer, who I've seen walking around and interacting with the community. I feel positive and great about the new management. This place is definitely called "Home!"
