All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. High-speed wifi is available; no cable. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. Pest control service is monthly.
