About This Property

Beautiful, modern 1,300 sqft MIL apartment conveniently located near Robinswood Park/Bellevue College, grocery stores, 2-3 mins off I-90 for easy commute, and close to public transport. Beautiful scenic trails, park lands, blue berry farms and Lake Sammamish are all also within close walking distance. The apartment sits across from Phantom Lake at the end of a private lane on a 3/4 acre property Apartment includes a separate car park (with room also for a second car or visitor car park), separate entrance and also includes your own private fully fenced garden with small patio. Some highlights: Large and modern kitchen with quartz countertops and island and plenty of cabinet space. Stainless steel appliances (French door fridge, oven, dish washer and microwave). Living room/Dining Room adjoining the kitchen for open floor plan. Bedroom with direct sliding door access also to private garden Den/study/flex room or second living room to use as you would like. It could be used as a second bedroom but as it adjoins the main bedroom with a sliding door, it lacks privacy that it's better as a flex room. Full Bathroom with heated tile and double vanity Full laundry room with washer, dryer and dedicated laundry sink. It has quartz counter tops, cabinets and extra storage space. Heating and Air Conditioning Mini Split system + Air purifier. Comfortable all year around. One small, well behaved dog may be ok with additional $500 per deposit. We are extremely dog friendly but with some caveats :). No cats allowed, sorry! Option to add an extra 600 square foot of living space (extra bedroom + extra bathroom + den ) for $800 extra. If interested, please reach out and share a bit more about yourself other than "I'm interested!" . We are happy to answer questions and share more too. *Things to be aware of: This is a MIL and the apartment is completely private and separate in every way, though you will occasionally see us around as you would any neighbors. We keep to ourselves but are always friendly and happy to chat. You should be friendly, respectful and easy going with neighbors/people and animals. We have chickens, cats and dogs that roam the property (but note these are on our side of the fence though and not yours ). The apartment is on the ground floor, exiting directly to your own garden. The apartment is soundproofed so no sounds (loud music, vacuum cleaners, etc) pass between the floors. Impact noises can pass through from time to time and while it is always quiet evening and beyond, if you are very sensitive to noises a MIL apartment isn't typically a good fit. Application Guidelines: Applicants must provide proof of a monthly household income that is at least three times the rent. References from PREVIOUS landlords are required. Applicants pay for background checks for ALL prospective residents aged 18 and above. Minimum 710 credit score required. No eviction history. * Lease Terms: Tenants pay for their share of utilities. Last month's rent due at lease signing, with the first month's rent and equivalent security deposit payable upon lease start. Smoking and vaping prohibited. Renters' insurance is mandatory. One year lease minimum, preference for a longer commitment if it works out.
