Parking is available for $20 per night. For extra vehicles, alternative parking nearby is needed. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area, with access available for $10 per person per day. Wristbands are required for entry and will be provided after payment. Only guests wearing wristbands are allowed in the pool, and there is a $100 replacement fee for lost or damaged wristbands. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties also incur a $300 fine. The apartment includes a business center, providing a quiet space to get work done. A laptop computer is not included.
