This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines, with heating fully active from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. A damage waiver fee is included in your reservation to cover accidental property damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine each. Lost or damaged pool wristbands have a $100 replacement fee. Please do not send packages to the property as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
