So you understand

I don't live in the building itself, but in the immediate neighborhood. There is a police/ambulance presence at this property pretty much at least every two weeks. Often there is loitering around the front entrance with occasional arguing (typically on speakerphone) and this is usually with the same group of folks in the building, and there was an actual shooting here at 2:30 in the morning last night. I can't attest to what the inside of the building is like. There are certainly some residents that seem to be friendly, but consider whether you want to live in a property with this type of disruption.

Suburb Living in a City

This nice 9-unit building is about 1.5 miles away from the Capitol Building and Union Station in Washington, DC. Located in a nice neighborhood in North East DC, this apartment is nearly perfect and it is a block away from a dog park. However, if I could change one thing, it would be to add central AC in the building. The building has air units in the windows instead.
