The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at 210 Main
Beautiful units however HORRIBLE LEASING COMPANY. Owner of the building is super cheap and changes leasing companies every few quarters , lease and company does not respond to emails, mail delivery packages go missing, “virtual” receptionist that is unhelpful.
I am 20 months into my lease. Water intrusion due to Ida never fixed. Back- and-forth management had Superintendent come up and take off the wood that surrounds the heating/air unit to bubble it up and glue to cover up any holes where the water would come through. Then the bricks started flaking and he came again and applied a solution to my living and my bedroom brick walls. All that and the water continues to flow. Now fast forward to May 2022 and find that the windows are the cause. I was told it would take about 45 days to get scaffolding to the building to inspect, then access fix and do my floors. That time has come and gone and they’ve done nothing. Vantage President and the whole team and the owner all aware. I even contacted Heritage. They were not interested in helping. Vantage wants me to either leave the building or move to a smaller unit, be inconvenienced more than what I am and I would have to pay to move myself. Now they are “beautifying” the outside of the building and doing absolutely nothing to make repairs to the outside windows to stop the rain and storms from coming in. My living room floors are coming up and warped and there is the smell of mold. And everyone is silent. The place reeks of weed. I now smell weed in my kitchen, my living room and lately my bedroom. Nothing is done. Nothing accomplished. My last resort is to post this experience. And.. my lease is through May 2023.
