About This Property
Subletting my 1 bedroom apartment downtown available December 15th-august 15th. You would also be able to renew the lease in august if you’d like. It’s a small 1 bedroom apartment Downtown in a house with 5 units; you’d have your own private entrance. This unit is in the back end of the house upstairs. Utilities are included in rent. I love this place it is amazing, but my baby is due in January & I got an opportunity to get a bigger place for my family. The location is amazing, only a few blocks from the capital and close to many bus routes. There is also a nice patio area behind house with grills you are free to use. Please text me if your interested in applying or have any questions. Here’s a link to a virtual tour of the place https://youtu.be/KMZ69fV7DYg
