I love living here so far… going on 2 years. The apartment is clean and modern. You can pay rent online as well as summit maintenance request that gets done on time. Staff also has activities for residence every now and then (such as Taco Tuesday or Treats for your pet). I think going the extra mile is a plus.

If you are wanting a place fill with a pulse of living, socially or participating in community events of entertainment gathering and fun activities Belltown is your place to be. Or moments of self-quietness escape to outdoors surroundings of water, parks and mountains views are within a few steps of your Belltown neighborhood. Or visit/shop at the iconic Pike Market Place.

Choosing to live smack dab in a city will always have its ups and downs. But I choose 206 Bell because it was local to everything I could possibly need. Groceries, restaurants, bars, dog park across the street… it’s clean, secure, and management (Teddi) is an amazing person that helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions even at the most random of times. She really, is what sold me on the place. Her kindness and helpfulness really showed why this place stood apart from the other places I had considered. They’re prompt and nice. Made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Really couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Great community to live in and lot of places for dining and entertainment. Pre-pandemic lot of summer activities, art fairs and music right outside your resident front door.

I think you would be incredibly hard pressed to find a better place to live in Belltown than 206 Bell. This was one of the first buildings I found in my own search, and nowhere else came close to the quality and location (and good ratings) in the price range I was looking for. In addition to the units being very nice and well insulated for sound (I have yet to hear any noise from my neighbors), the management is quite honestly the best you could have. They're always incredibly friendly, and when you need something they're there right away to help. For example a non-urgent service request I put in in the early afternoon was resolved by 3pm the same day. My only complaint is super minor, and it's that the parking spaces can be a bit narrow. I may have just gotten unlucky stuck between two larger cars, but it's often hard for the driver or passenger to get in the car due to lack of space. Overall though, the convenience and safety of the parking being right below the building is well worth it to me. Stop searching and move here!! You can thank me later. :)

206 Bell has been a wonderful move in experience thus far! The building management has been truly amazing with assisting me in all my move in needs an questions. The building itself has so many cool an free community events an amenities. The location is the best with being in close range to shopping, variety of food places, tourist attractions etc. Im so very excited an grateful to be here all the way from San Francisco!

If you want a convenient location to all fun things downtown and a great rooftop area to watch the sunset by a fireplace at night definitely pick 206 Bell. Management is amazing!

206 is a great location to live, lot of great places for dining and night entertainment. Access to public transportation is convenient and readily available.

Great location for restaurants, bars, bus stops. Nice finish work and attention to detail in units. Very helpful and responsive staff including housekeeping, maintenence, and management.

This is an ideal community located in the heart of it all! The moment I walked in to take a tour of the apartment I fell in love with the way the team made me feel. Not only is the leasing office great but maintenance issues are always met and taken care of almost instantly. I love that I call this place home. It has all the things I was looking for... for me living in the city has always been something I wanted and 206 Bell has met all my needs, wants, and desires! I have a beautiful studio with large open windows that give me that city view and water view, I have appliances that are not just nice to look at but do a great job cleaning ( dishwasher)... not to mention I dont have to share laundry machines with anyone or walk out somewhere to wash my clothes ( like you do in big cities) and that amazing rooftop I have access to 24hrs a day- this places is situated in the best place possible and I absolutely will hate to have to leave it one day! Thank you for making this place a place I will always remember that I once called home!

The sense of community here is awesome because the management team are hard at work everyday keep things on track! 206 Bell is a place to call HOME not just a place to stay!

I feel like family here and never want to move. James is super quick to fix any maintenance item, Taylor and Natasha in the office are so friendly, cool and generously care about the tenants. I love living here because of the staff! Other perks I love: They just installed package lockers so I'm excited I can get my package after office hours when I arrive home from a work trip. Restaurants are everywhere, fitness center & awesome rooftop deck with fire pit. Great location!!

First off all I love the fact that I have 20 restaurants to choose from within 4 blocks but I guess that's living in the city life lol. Don't get me started on this building! The staff is amazing and the amenities are excellent . They provide a full gym , pool table , media room , ping pong , and foosball hahaha. Now the rooftop is absolutely amazing. The view is awesome with 2 grills and a new fire pit and they are in the process of installing a 65' Tv with surround sound. Love this place.....
