Rarely available stand alone studio apartment available for a July first move in. Heat and hot water included in the rent. The kitchen has a gas range and oven along with a dishwasher and studio sized fridge. 1 small pet will be considered on a case by case basis. Apartment has hardwood floors through out and high ceilings. Kitchen is Galley style with counter space on both sides and ample storage space. Located near the MBTA Greenline trains (B line, C line and D line) as well as the 86 bus with easy access to Harvard Square. Students are welcome! One month broker fee paid by incoming tenants.
