Shared utilities include water, gas, heat, trash and wastewater (everything except electricity and internet, which is unit-specific.) Low shared utilities are based on unit size. New washer/dryer units in a shared laundry room are free of charge. Bike lane is two blocks away along 12th Avenue and bus lines are also close by. Interior and exterior reserved parking spaces are for rent. Pets are welcome! There is a $500 refundable pet deposit plus $50/pet monthly pet rent. Parking: Garage parking is $75/month and $40/month for an off-street space. There are three parking spaces available, one garage and two off-street. Each of the units 1,2 and 3 get a chance to rent a spot, so if a tenant declines their space, that space may be rented by another tenant. Total Monthly Rent includes base rent, common utilities, trash/recycling, pet rent (if applicable), storage (if applicable), and parking (if applicable). All prospective tenants will be required to provide proof of income (may be through a recent paystub or a letter from your employer showing salary.
