Enjoy modern living in the garden apartment of our gracious, historic home in West Queen Anne! PLEASE NOTE: - NO PETS due to homeowner allergies. This is firm. - The smaller bedroom can ONLY be accessed through the master bedroom. This makes it ideal for a family with a child or people who do not mind accessing one bedroom by walking through the other, but it is unsuitable for adults who want their own private entrances for each bedroom. A limit of 3 people total can live in this apartment. APARTMENT DETAILS: 2 bedrooms. 1 master that can accommodate a king sized bed and 1 smaller that can accommodate a queen bed. Both have spacious closets and each has a window 1 huge full bath with extra deep soaking tub Living room/dining area with wood floors Kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, a stainless steel chef's table and a stand up office nook or coffee making nook Shared patio space, option to have potted plants/gardening space or play space for children Private washer/dryer in apartment Private outside access to apartment at back of house Apartment is newly remodeled - this is a clean, dry, bright and comfortable space to call home Great West Queen Anne location near Coffee Mind Coffee Shop and Tenth West Café. Steps to the number 1 bus to downtown Restrictions: No smoking NO PETS (due to homeowner allergies, this is non-negotiable.) Unfurnished First/last/$1,500 damage deposit due at signing ($200 non refundable cleaning fee) A word about ceiling height - the ceilings of this apartment are lower than a normal apartment in a few places due to the age of the home. My husband is 6 feet tall and very comfortable in the apartment, but a much taller person may feel cramped in a few places due to the ceiling height. Parking: Street parking is free and usually very available on the same block. Utilities: Tenant pays own electricity, usually about $15-30 a month. The apartment is heated by a very efficient electric system that costs about as much as a couple of light bulbs to operate, so utilities are very low. There is no gas bill for this unit. Tenant splits water/sewer/garbage bill with other units, about $70 a month. Total utility bills are usually less than $100 a month for this unit. About us: We live on the top floor of this house with our 2 children and are great, friendly landlords. We love our house and take very good care of it and our renters. We are very invested in making sure our tenants are happy and our house is well cared for. We enjoy a warm, cordial relationship with all of our tenants and many stay in the apartments for years and are very happy living in our home. The ground floor tenants are lovely, kind people.
