About This Property

We have a ground floor artist studio which has been occupied by therapists who need work space . This is one large room with a fireplace. Some therapists have an interest in occasional use and if your full-time rental can accomodate others with sessions you would be renting this space to them on a part time basis. . Modest use of electric & gas heat are currently set at $50/mo additional. Internet is also available. The bathroom is shared with other therapists. There is also a full kitchen & a bath on the 2nd floor which is also shared. The grounds include a recreational area (pool, sauna, pond, seasonal bar & eating pop-up) a picnic area (Gazebo, picnic tables & grills & horseshoes), 23 garden areas & parking. Internet & WiFi are available at an additional cost
