Located in the Plymouth Park neighborhood of Irving, Texas, this home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from DFW Airport, 17 minutes to downtown Dallas, and about 30 to downtown Fort Worth. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Jaycee Park features a pond and a creek and is just a few minutes away and Irving lake is just 12 minutes away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 20 minutes away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 15 minutes away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 20 minutes away. You’ll also be 12 minutes to Irving Convention Center, as well as the Toyota Music Factory. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. And while you’re here, be sure not to miss the Mustangs of Las Colinas bronze sculpture and museum.
