We have one driveway with 3 parking spots, but it is a tandem driveway and all cars have to be tandem parked. Located in the Central District, this home is minutes from all Seattle landmarks. Within 10 minutes you could be in downtown Seattle, hiking a forest trail, or taking a ferry ride across the Puget Sound. Public transportation is a 5-minute walk. This home has an outdoor noise monitoring system. Any parties or disturbances to neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds. Unreported guests will be fined $50 per person per night. Violation of any rule, especially smoking indoors, can result in a fine of up to $350. [SI]
