About This Property

We will be sub-leasing our 2 Bed/1 Bath apartment in Central Boulder from December 1st to July 31st. The apartment is large, has a sliding door in the living room that opens to a patio and the building’s courtyard, and has a view of the mountains in the winter. It has one large bedroom with a walk-in-closet and a second bedroom that would be a great office for someone working from home. Tons of closet space and an open layout. *Walking distance to Pearl Street (10 minutes) *Apartment complex includes large outdoor courtyard and pool *Additional storage unit downstairs The rent is amazing for the area and the apartment - our one caveat is that we are looking for an individual to sub-lease the entire space and we want someone who is incredibly reliable (and we will be checking all work references and past rental references as well as running background checks) and has good credit. The property manager is great and if you wanted to re-new the lease after July, I’m sure they would be open to that. No pets allowed (no exceptions.) There will be an additional charge for utilities and internet (about $120/month) and one month’s security deposit.
