Redevelopment is the defining feature of this town built from the ruins of an abandoned rail yard. Backdropped by the Millennium Bridge, Riverfront Park has been transformed into a trendy, thriving community along the South Platte River. The neighborhood is centered by Confluence Park, the host of community activities as well as a central location for restaurants, shops, and scenic views. Even more adventures are just a walk or bike ride away in the bustling street of Downtown Denver, which is located a few blocks from Riverfront Park. Those lucky enough to rent in this hip section of Denver have a variety of modern apartments to choose from.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 1880 Little Raven
I am compelled to share my disappointing experience living at 1880 Little Raven, a Holland Residential property, highlighting ongoing issues that have significantly impacted the quality of life for its residents. For the past four months, one of the two elevators has been out of service, with no clear timeline for repairs. The remaining elevator has also faced frequent breakdowns, leaving the 9-story building without a functioning elevator on multiple occasions. Additionally, the parking garage has experienced flooding, forcing tenants to navigate through water to access their vehicles. Persistent leaks from both the ground sewage and roof have added to the unsatisfactory conditions in the garage. Regrettably, the management's response has been less than satisfactory. Despite these challenges, they have not provided any compensation, such as discounted rent or early move-out options free of charge. It's disheartening to see a lack of urgency and accountability in addressing these issues. Potential renters should be aware of these challenges before considering 1880 Little Raven, or any Holland Residential property, as their residence. The current state of affairs reflects a lack of responsiveness to residents' concerns and an overall failure to provide a comfortable living environment.
My partner and I have lived here for just about a year. The management changed it over to Sarah and Jeanette in November and we truly notice a difference. From the small touches of having candy and dog treats in the lobby to the larger efforts of ensuring maintenance and trash services run smoothly we can tell the difference. We are so happy to resign our lease for another year!

My apartment at 1880 Little Raven was one of the best decisions that I have made living in Denver. The staff are attentive and great at planning events. I would highly recommend 1880 Little Raven. Thanks Madison and Julie!
When looking for a new apartment, we stumbled upon 1880 even though it wasn't on our list of places to look into. Once we met Lee and Kaley and completed the tour, we knew we didn't need to look any further! This place is AMAZING! Beautiful interiors, unique floor plans, and a phenomenal leasing team are just some of the great things about living at 1880. The amenities are second to none, with a gorgeous business center, working remotely is convenient and there are individual rooms for privacy and conferencing. You've gotta see the rooftop lounge for yourself! With mountain views and overlooking the park, the cabanas, fire pit, grills, pool and hot tub, there really is no reason not to love this place! I couldn't wait to move in to 1880 and now that I live here, I can't imagine living anywhere else!
my apartment at 1880 Little Raven has met and exceeded all my expectations. The building is perfectly located across from Commons Park and a 5 minute walk to Union Station. The staff has been phenomenal and will bend over backwards to accommodate you with any questions or help. The details and workmanship of building need to be seen. You will not find a higher quality apartment in the downtown Denver area. PERIOD
Brand spankin' new apartments. Get in while you can, this place will fill up quickly once the public really learns how great 1880 Little Raven is! Staff works tirelessly to make sure their residents are satisfied at all times.
