It's located on Commonwealth Ave, very close to the intersection of Chestnut Hill Avenue. Unit is located on the 2nd floor of a nice brick building. Rent includes heat and hot water. Cats and dogs are ok. There are washing machines and dryers in the building. B line stop is very close. The C and D lines are a short walk away. Pictures were taken before the current tenants moved in. Please come take a look soon....this unit will not last.
