3 bedroom 1 bath main level unit in a split house rental on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to City Park and CSU. Features include large living room windows, dishwasher, newer appliances, A/C. Each unit has it’s own washer and dryer in the unit. There is a shared garage space for storage, etc, New carpet and paint in all three bedrooms. Raised garden beds available for use. The front lawn and back yard with patio are both shared. Bills are split between the two units (water/electric, gas, trash, internet). The internet is gigabit fiber. The lease term will be through the end of July and then monthly after that, but I also try to allow for some flexibility if needed. No smoking/No pets (due to allergy issues).
