Furry friends are welcome (max 2) for an additional cleaning fee: short stays (1-5 nights) are $75 total, medium stays (6-28 nights) are $200 total, and long stays (29+ nights) are $300 total. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability and a 48 hours notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners and any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
