You’ll have not one but two huge living areas with comfy furniture to relax on by the fireplaces. On top of the two living rooms, you’ll even have a game room with a pool table and fun seating. The gourmet kitchen is very open with an island, lots of counter space, and built-in appliances. You’ll also have a separate wet bar with a built-in wine fridge. To enjoy your meals, there is a beautiful dining room at the front of the home with a long table everyone can sit around. Or you can also eat in the breakfast area right beside the kitchen or at the barstools by the counter. The fully equipped laundry room allows you to do your laundry if you run out of clothes or need to wash your pool clothing. The backyard features a covered patio area with an outdoor dining set, as well as an outdoor living center with built-in grill, seating, and a fridge all under a beautiful pergola. You’ll be surrounded by stunning landscaping as you tan on the lounge chairs, relax in the hammock, or keep cozy on the Adirondack chairs around the firepit. And of course, the huge pool glitters under the Texas sun inviting you to take a dip! Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Enjoy the convenience of up to six parking spots in our garage and driveway. Richardson is known for being culturally diverse, so you’ll be near multiple restaurants to satisfy your cravings for different types of cuisine, such as Tex-Mex, tacos, burgers, barbecue, sushi, Mediterranean, seafood, and Chinese. You’ll have several stores nearby to buy essentials and groceries, like Target, which is only 8 minutes away. You will also be very close (only 6 minutes) to City Line DFW with dining and entertainment, concerts and events, parks and trails, Whole Foods and Starbucks. You will have easy access to two major highways (75 and PGBT) and you’ll be conveniently close to DFW airport, Dallas Love Field airport and exciting downtown Dallas — all just about 25 minutes away! We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local ordinances and preventing unauthorized parties.
