About This Property

Stay on the Columbia River in this fully furnished floating home. Includes all utilities, furnishings, gas grill, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, silverware, linens, towels, appliances, wi-fi, Netflix and gated card-access outside parking. There is a minimum stay 90 days. Perfect for travelling nurses or other professionals that need a unique home in the Portland area for 3 months or longer. Also great if you are doing a home remodel and need an alternative place to stay or just need a creative space to enjoy the beauty of living on the river. There is a gas fireplace in the main living area and electric wall heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom features a twin bed and there is a Dania pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. You will need to be authorized by our moorage office and pass their background and screening application. There is a $900 security deposit and full first months rent prior to move-in plus a $200 cleaning fee. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis and for an additional cleaning fee.
