If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply.
