The trendy neighborhood of Shaw is fast becoming one of Washington, DC’s top neighborhoods. The neighborhood is the birthplace of jazz legend Duke Ellington, and the bars and nightclubs played host to names like Ella Fitzgerald, Cab Calloway, Marvin Gaye, and Pearl Bailey. Not great property management

The location within DC is awesome so as long as you can live with sub-par property management and your packages/mail being stolen you'll enjoy living here.
