Unit located on the bottom floor of a cozy 12-unit, three-floor ,1950s building. This unit is being offered with a 12-month Lease term and $100 utility fee for water, sewer, and garbage with 1 month free rent. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval.
