New gutters installed summer of 2025. If a perspective tenant likes the unit and can pass credit and background checks they will have to electronically send payment for us to conduct such checks as non refundable to LL. Fee is 40.00 (non refundable and we DO NOT ACCEPT any credit or background checks by any other co). Utilities and water (Groton utilities) WiFi/ internet, trash removal, lawn care (mowing) and snow removal are tenants responsibility. Rent is 1250 per month. First months rent and security deposit (deposit is (2000-unless tenant is over 62 years of age). must be in form of cash or bank check or money order. We will allow the 650 above rent in deposit to be paid out in 6 months to LL as we understand it’s a lot of money up front.
