I'm looking to fill the master bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse in the Countryside neighborhood. This is a sublease, available July 1st. The room is good sized, with plenty of room for a queen sized bed, desk, and other furniture. The room also has it's own attached bathroom with a tub-style shower. The townhouse has ample usable space, with the kitchen, living room, and laundry located on the first floor, and both bedrooms and bathrooms located on the second floor. There is a good-sized, fenced backyard with a small deck and shed as well. Two reserved parking spaces in front of the townhouse are included, as well as visitor parking and unmarked curb parking. The location in the Countryside neighborhood, with proximity to Dulles Airport, the new Silver Line Metro expansion, and One Loudoun, make this a great option for a working professional. A little bit about me; I'm a 27 year old male working as a consultant on a federal contract (100% remote, so I do work from the other bedroom daily) who is quiet and keeps to myself during the day. I have a 3 year old Australian Shepherd named Cerebelly, who is full of energy, loves to play, and always wants to go for a walk around the neighborhood. In my free time, I have a variety of hobbies including hiking, fishing, exploring local breweries and wineries, and gaming with friends. I'm home throughout the day during the week but gone most afternoons and evenings on the weekends. Ideally, I would like to find someone with similar interests and who is also a working professional. I am open to male and female (I've had both previously with no issues) but do ask that you are comfortable having a dog in the house.
