The kitchen does include a dishwasher, gas stove and has an island counter space perfect for a breakfast bar! There is onsite laundry available and bike storage is an option as well. Off street parking is available for $50-$100/month depending on the spot you prefer, also the option to street park. Across the street is City Park, City Park golf Course, and Denver Zoo. Just nearby is Chop Shop Casual Urban Eatery, Bastien’s Restaurant, Chick-fil-A, Fox Run Café, Sprouts Farmers Market and so much more! There is a separate utility charge of $85 that Includes water, sewage, Trash, and gas and $35 for HIGH speed internet. Electric is billed separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a One-time refundable pet deposit of $300, and $35/month pet rent. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. The Square footage our units is approximate.
