We are right across the street from Denver's most well known attractions such as City Park, The Denver Zoo, Denver Nature & Science Museum & City Park Golf Course. Our street is a designated bikeway making it great for families and access to downtown is an easy ride straight down 17th. Our home is fully stocked with all of the essentials for longer stays - A perfect home away from home. One complimentary in-stay clean will be provided! The space Inside: Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is equipped with 2 bedrooms on the main level (an office w/ futon and a bedroom w/ queen mattress) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (king mattress in one room and a queen mattress in the other). Our 2 level layout makes it perfect for those traveling with children or those needing a little space. Our newly upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. 2 Sitting rooms (upstairs and downstairs) gives you a few options for unwinding and relaxing at the end of a long day. Outside: Our covered patio in the front is great for morning coffee or evening conversations. Enjoy our spacious backyard for dining, lounging or for using the BBQ grill. Our separate 1-car garage makes parking convenient, especially during the winter months. We also have an additional uncovered parking spot right next to the garage. When not at home, enjoy the best of Denver by exploring City Park located directly across the street! In the summer, Take advantage of Jazz in the Park or the farmers markets.
